Small Steps Lead To Weight Loss And Recovery Success

JUST FOR TODAY:  Focus on one small step that you can take towards your weight loss or eating disorder recovery goals.  Success is moving forward, one step at a time.

You've probably heard the expression, "Give 110%"  This may be a motto that you've carried with you for a long time, spurring you to go above and beyond in everything you do.  This is a formula for an eating disorder – and exhaustion.  Suddenly, 0% is all you can give.  Black-and-white, all-or-nothing.  What about shades of gray, or somewhere in the middle?  Instead of 110%, or even 100%, what if you give just 1%?  That adds up to 100% over time.  What is one small step that you can take today, to help you achieve your weight loss or eating disorder recovery goals?  Every step counts!
